PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device easy to assemble and realizing a high- performance electron emission characteristic by sufficiently securing installation spaces for installing space keeping members 5. SOLUTION: At least two kinds of different spaces (b) and (c) (b<c) are imparted between negative electrode wires 2 (2R, 2G and 2B), and the space keeping members 5 are installed in parts of the spaces (c) having the larger intervals, so that the installation spaces of the keeping members 5 are sufficiently secured.
