SECONDARY BATTERY-USE NEGATIVE ELECTRODE AND SECONDARY BATTERY USING IT

A negative electrode for a high-capacity secondary battery restricted in in-battery resistance rise and capacity reduction, and a secondary battery using it. A first active material layer (2a) consisting of a member that occludes/releases Li is formed on a collector (1a), and a second active material layer (3a), which is an alloy layer containing a metal forming an alloy with lithium or lithium and a metal not forming an alloy with lithium, is further formed thereon. A secondary battery is formed by using the above negative electrode.
