PURPOSE: Provided is sausage made of mushrooms and bean curd stuffed in pig intestine. The sausage contains cholesterol accumulation inhibitor of the mushroom and consequently has prevention effect on adult diseases. It is further removed from an unpleasant smell. CONSTITUTION: Sausage made of a mushroom and bean curd stuffed in pig intestine is characterized by comprising 58-60 wt.% of potato noodle, 1.5-2 wt.% of starch, 5-6 wt.% of pig blood, 9-10 wt.% of mushroom, 9-10 wt.% of pig intestine, 0.8-1 wt.% of lard, 3-3.5 wt.5 of glutinous rice and 6.5-7.5 wt.% of seasoning. |
