PURPOSE: An apparatus for aligning beam with a rotational axis of a cylindrical member is provided to precisely aligning beam with the rotational axis of the cylindrical member or a cylindrical structure by using a measuring system having a laser. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for aligning beam with a rotational axis of a cylindrical member includes a conveying section having an X-Y axis conveying system(10), a rotational conveying system(11) and a rotational shaft(12). A first two-axis angle adjusting plate(14) is connected to the conveying section. A first reflection plate(31) is mounted on the first two-axis angle adjusting plate(14) in order to horizontally maintain a turntable. The first reflection plate(31) is connected to a second two-axis angle adjusting plate(15). A beam splitter(34) is installed on the second two-axis angle adjusting plate(15). A vertical measuring section includes a second reflection plate(32), an iris(33) and a light receiving device(22).
