摘要 PURPOSE: A cooling and heating device for an elevator using a thermoelectric semiconductor module is provided to reduce expenses, space and energy consumption and prevent noise and environmental pollution by controlling temperature of the elevator efficiently without additional drain units. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating device comprises a thermoelectric semiconductor module(100) arranging N and P-type thermoelectric semiconductor modules alternately between upper and lower ceramic substrates by thermal-bonding, and generating exothermic or endothermic reaction by receiving power; a cooling plate(360) attached to the lower substrate to prevent heat loss; a blower(310) having a blowing motor(312) for injecting cool or hot air from a housing(316) to an elevator and a fan(314) driven by the motor; a heat exchanger(340) having a heat sink(342) connected to the upper substrate and a radiating part(344) arranging metal planar bodies vertically, and exchanging heat with external air; and a power supply unit(390) supplying power to the thermoelectric semiconductor module and the blower, and switching polarity of current. Heating or cooling for the elevator is controlled efficiently by using the thermoelectric semiconductor module.
