PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition capable of preventing increase in rubber hardness with the lapse of time and capable of keeping good performance on the snow and ice for a long period. SOLUTION: This rubber composition contains 100 pts.wt. of (A) diene-based rubber which contains one or more kinds of rubber selected from the group consisting of natural rubber and butadiene rubber and 5-60 pts.wt. of (B) vegetable fats and oils which have an iodine value of≥80 and are composed of unsaturated fatty acids with a carbon atoms of≥18 in an amount of≥70 wt.%, so that the rubber composition has a peak temperature (Tg) of dissipation factor (tanδ) of≤-50°C and a rubber hardness of≤64 at 0°C.
