The invention relates to a multifunction semitrailer with quick coupling of the modules to be transported, meant to be used in road, factory or agricultural transports of goods, containers, dismountable constructions, etc. as well as for performing operating processes in agriculture, constructions, etc., using specialized modules. According to the invention, the semitrailer comprises an undercarriage (1) mounted onto an axle (2) having a pole provided with an automatic coupling device (5) for hauling the semitrailer to the motor vehicle, and a support wheel (3) coupled by means of a crank (4) for adjusting the distance between the pole and the ground, while for coupling a detachable module (7) with various functions, provided with some supporting legs (9) there are used four guides (8) which can have an adjustable position in relation to four container-corner pieces (a) inbuilt in the transported module, the four guides being eccentrically hinged to the undercarriage in order to be kept in a coupling-conducive position as a consequence of their weight.
