<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic element attaching mechanism which is used for a scanning fluorescent X-ray analyzer equipped with a spectroscopic element exchanging machine and for which theθ-direction attaching angle of the spectroscopic element can be adjusted with sufficiently high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: Both end sections 24a and 24c of an adjusting screw are meshed with a tapped hole 23 formed in the holder 5 of the spectroscopic element exchanging machine 7 and the concaved intermediate section 24b of the screw 24 is brought into contact with a spherical body 26. The body 26 rotates a sticking plate 21 to which the spectroscopic element 4 is stuck in theθ-direction around a first spindle Cl by coming into contact with the plate 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
