<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature carbonization installation that can produce a carbonization product whose surface area is enlarged to increase a calorific value and which has high carbon fixation stability, can shorten a heating time in a carbonization oven to reduce a passing time in the carbonization oven, can be downsized, and hardly causes the trouble of tar adhesion to a piping system for guiding evaporated gases. <P>SOLUTION: The high temperature carbonization installation comprises a gas flow passage 4 through which the first exhaust gas (m) is exhausted from a gas-producing oven 1 for producing the first gas (m) from a material (a1) to be treated, or a gas flow passage 5 through which the second exhaust gas (j) is exhausted from a gas burning oven 2 for burning the material (a1) to produce the second gas (j), and a carbonization oven 6 formed to introduce a material (a2) to be carbonized thereinto and which is transmitted with heat from the exhaust gas (j) passing through the gas flow passage 5, and is formed to carbonize the material (a2) to be carbonized at a material (a2) peripheral temperature of≥700°C due to the transmitted heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
