<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle snap tap which prevents not only spark erosion between a saddle and a snap tap body, but also spark erosion between a bolt and the saddle. <P>SOLUTION: This saddle snap tap fastens and fixes the saddle 1 and a band with a distributing water pipe in between. The saddle 1 and the snap tap body 30 are composed of a different kind of metal. An insulating sheet 70 is arranged between a flange part 31 of the snap tap body and an installing seat 10 of the saddle 1 opposed to this flange part. An insulating member 80 is interposed between the saddle 1 and the bolt 40 or a nut 41 composed of a different kind of metal.
