PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that much room is left for improvement of conventional wind power generation using a Western windmill as its original model as it is, that it is important to make it well balanced to meet functions of a power generating tower, to effectively use surplus wind power, to reduce a vast site area, to make it possible to construct a setting site of the power generating tower at a small area, to reduce construction expense and processes, etc. SOLUTION: Two series of wind power blades are set in a form to hold the wind power generating tower to settle the problem. This system is devised so that the front blade captures wind power and the rear blade takes in excessive wind power from a point of time when the front blade exceeds critical speed of power generation as the wind power is slightly weakened for the blade set in the rear.
