PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized lightweight fuel reforming device with a simple structure to improve fuel economy by improving combustion efficiency, and also to attain clean exhaust gas. SOLUTION: A process is integrally performed by generating static electricity between fuel and a flow passage of fuel or a fuel tube to electrify the fuel, then, by applying the effect of a magnetic field as a dynamic magnetic field so as to reduce the size and weight of a device and to improve atomization and diffusibility of the fuel at the time of fuel spray or injection.
