PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a stock amount of a magazine. SOLUTION: An upper conveying part 51 is provided on a lower part of a stock rail for retaining a magazine 32 and the magazine 32 of the stock rail 41 can be taken out by vertically moving a support plate 53 of the upper conveying part 51 by a lifter 52. An upper holder 81 for retaining the magazine 32 at a tip end of the upper conveying part 51 is provided on an upper elevation 82 and an accommodation part 33 of the magazine 32 retained to the upper holder 81 can be coincident with a height position of a pass line 31. A midway conveying part 111 is provided on a midway base 91 and extends to a lower part of the upper elevation 82. A lower holder 121 for retaining the magazine 32 at a tip end of the midway conveying part 111 is provided on the lower elevation 122 and a lower conveying part 151 for stocking the magazine 32 conveyed by the lower elevation 22 is provided on a lower part of the midway conveying part 111.
