PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement of a lighting apparatus 9 and a translucent surface member 4. SOLUTION: An illumination light identification device is constituted by providing a box 1 which is formed of a bottom wall part 1a and a circumferential wall part 1b and has an open upper surface, the lighting apparatus 9 installed inside the box 1, a picture frame 2 to be closely and externally engaged in the upper end part of the circumferential wall part 1b and to be detachably fixed, a circular frame body 3 to be closely engaged inside the picture frame 2 and to be screwed to the externally engaged circumferential surface part 2a and the translucent surface member 4 detachably fixed to the circular frame body 3.
