PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-base power product operating method capable of reducing the operation cost of square operation necessary for multi-base power product operation and reducing the cost of a storage area necessary for a table for the execution of operation by adopting constitution for preparing an intermediate result storing area proportional to the number of digits of a maximum power correspondingly to the adoption of a process for separating an operation table reference process from an operation process including squares and to provide a device and a program for executing the method and a storage medium storing the program. SOLUTION: In the multi-base power product operating method for operating the product of multi-base integer powers of elements in a convertible group, the table reference process is separated from an operation process including squares by securing the intermediate result storing area for storing an intermediate result proportional to the number of digits of the maximum power.
