PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix punched grids to a supporting plate. SOLUTION: This incorporating unit 10 for a transmission device for an automobile has the supporting plate 11. The punched grids 21 and 22 for electrically coupling sensor and adjusting member with the control device are fixed to the supporting plate 11. The control device is fixed to the supporting plate 11 in the same way. Each conductor path 23 and 24 of the punched grids 21 and 22 is fixed to each other by injection-formed coatings 25 to 28. In the coatings 25 to 28, additional extensible mandrel 30 and expanding plug 36 are provided. In that case, the expanding plug 36 plunges into an opening 42 of the supporting plate 11.
