PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a structural material capable of increasing joint strength by a joint plate 5 between a horizontal member and a column 3. SOLUTION: The joint plate 5 is formed by combining a horizontal member fixed section 5a fixed to the horizontal member 2 with a column fixed section 5b fixed to the column 3, and the fixed sections 5a and 5b are respectively fixed to the horizontal member 2 and the column 3 with a plurality of nails 15. Mounting holes 14 passing the nails 15 of the fixed sections 5a and 5b through them are provided outward of the middle point of a line segment connecting the center of the fixed section and the circumferential edge of the fixed section.
