PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent flexibility, heat distortion and oil resistances and molding processability. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by melt kneading a composition comprising (a) 100 pts.wt. of an olefinic copolymer rubber, (b) 25-400 pts.wt. of a block copolymer composed of at least two polymer blocks A consisting essentially of an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block B consisting essentially of a conjugated diene compound, (c) 1-50 pts.wt. of a terminal hydroxy group-containing liquid polybutadinene and (d) 0.01-3 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide.
