PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent wave lotion used by adding and mixing bergy current water in a first solution of the permanent wave lotion containing a thioglycolate as an effective ingredient in treating the hair to have a long lasting wave. SOLUTION: The permanent wave lotion is prepared by adding and mixing the bergy current water to the first solution of the permanent wave lotion and used in treating the hair to have a long lasting wave.
