PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device and a boxing device provided with the same capable of receiving articles in order from upstream side and temporarily reserving the articles in a designated attitude when a group of the articles conveyed in the designated attitude can not be discharged to a discharging position direction in downstream, and capable of moving the reserved articles forward in the designated attitude when the article can be discharged to the discharging direction.
