A purchaser requests a supplier (2) to manufacture a component. A management form for managing a schedule ranging from the development to delivery of the component to be procured is jointly prepared by the procurement section (11), production management section (12) and inspection section (13) of the purchaser , and is stored in a publishing server. The publishing server publishes the management form for the supplier (2). The supplier (2) inputs information required by the purchaser to the published management form.
