The invention relates to a device for manufacturing rough ornamental regrating skins, such as the internal finishings of a "calcio-vecchio" type. According to the invention, the device comprises some plane lateral walls (c and d) of a box (1) wherein some slots (f and g) whose length is equal to the width of a window (e) wherethrough there may slide some shutters (16 and 17) which may reduce totally or partially the opening of a window (e), some frontal and rear combs (12 and 13) being placed in some longitudinal channels (k) each being provided with some supports (l and t) of some long resilient shims (m and u) provided with some cavities (o and x) of spherical shape placed in the proximity of the shim tips (m and u), each frontal comb (12) being provided at its ends with a clamping-in recess (p) and namely with some recesses (r and s) an intermediary recess and a clamping-in recess, and each frontal comb (13) has at its ends some recesses, an intermediary recess (y) and namely some clamping-in recesses (w and z), the latter being placed in front to the clamping-in recesses (p) of a frontal comb (12), the intermediary recess (r) is placed in front of the clamping-in recess (s), located in the proximity of the intermediary recess (r) of the frontal comb (12), so that the shims (m) of the frontal comb (12) are placed between the shims of the rear comb (13), some main guides (7 and 8) and namely some secondary guides ( 9 and 10) being fixed against the lateral walls (c), an impact plate (4) being placed in each pair of main and secondary guides (7,8,9 and 10) detachable from the box (1), a metric thread screw (3) being fixed on the plate (4).
