PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the driving device of a liquid crystal panel for effectively dissolving occurrence of failure such as a vertical stripe over entire gradation of an input video signal. SOLUTION: The driving circuit of a liquid crystal panel, for example, the driving circuit of an active matrix type liquid crystal panel in which a driver using poly crystalline silicon transistors is incorporated is provided with a detecting circuit detecting the level of the input video signal and a precharge signal generating circuit generating a precharge signal having a signal level corresponding to the level of the input video signal which is detected by the detecting circuit.
