PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion detector that has a simple configuration and can be enlarged easily. SOLUTION: An ion detection plate 1 made of iron, a laminar insulating film 12, a plurality of permanent magnets 13, and a retention plate 4 made of iron are composed in a layer, and they are integrated by the attraction force of a magnet. The radiation of electrons in ion collision is inhibited by a magnetic field. The increased size of the ion detector is coped with by arbitrarily expanding and enlarging each component.
