PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highjack preventing system for preventing highjack by solving a problem and using a technical means not through prevention at the brink such as inspection of a hand baggage so as to eliminate or reduce the purpose/effect itself for which highjackers highjack. SOLUTION: According to the present invention, this highjack preventing system is provided with a destination input means for entering and registering a course change point or a destination required for a flight vehicle to fly on a flight route, a destination input control means for controlling the destination input means, a manipulation management means for choosing automatic manipulation or manual manipulation for a manipulation method for the flight vehicle to fly on the flight route for management, a manipulation command means for giving a command to the manipulation management means, and a password memory means far storing a password required for control of the destination input control means and the manipulation management means in a memory.
