PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat ensuring freedom around passenger's feet. SOLUTION: In the vehicle seat, a seat unit 1 is arranged on a floor panel 10 of an under panel 19 formed of at least a flat floor panel 10 and standing wall member arranged at both sides of the floor panel 10 respectively.
