PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a feeling of a foreign matter at a seat cushion seating part in which a plane-like member is internally provided. SOLUTION: Peripheral edge opposing end surfaces 26a, 16a (f, r) positioned at front and rear parts of the seat of a flexible insulator 26 forming the plane- like member (antenna unit) 14 and a laying recess 16 of a seat cushion pad 12 are made to approximately corrugated plane fitting shapes fittable to each other.
