<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly functional handrail of simple structure that can continuously manufacture modified air higher in temperature than the room temperature to prevent dew formation or the like in addition to a function of protecting fall danger, without requiring a special heat source, and to provide a ventilator. <P>SOLUTION: The handrail installed at the exterior of a building such as a veranda, a roof or the outside of a window comprises an outside air intake part, a space part for heating the taken-in outside air with solar energy, and an air heat collecting panel or an air heat collecting solar power generation panel provided with a heated air guide part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
