PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controllable liquid-encapsulated mount at a low cost including an actuator structured simply and giving a pulsated pressure for vibratory absorption to a liquid chamber through a vibrating plate. SOLUTION: At the inside surface of a first mounting member 1 the vibrating plate 5 is installed being sealed and is supported resiliently, and a rack 63 is attached to the vibrating plate 5, and a pinion 64 is installed in which the engagement part with the rack 63 is formed in a part of its circumference, and the rack 63 is engaged periodically with the pinion 64 when it 64 is rotated by a motor 65, to cause the plate 5 to make vibratory displacement, and the dynamic spring constant is lowered by giving the pulsated pressure having the same frequency as and opposite phase to the input vibration to the working liquid in the first liquid chamber A.
