<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic molding body having an insert metal fitting capable of preventing the occurrence of residual stress in an insert metal fitting furnishing section. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic molding body having the insert metal fitting comprises an outer door handle body 1 formed of a predetermined plastic material provided to the outside of a door outer plate and the insert metal fitting 2 mounted to a boss section 11 formed in a part of the outer door handle body 1. The boss section 11 mounting the insert metal fitting 2 thereto is provided to the part of the outer door handle body 1. The boss section 11 comprises a gap section 112 having a predetermined inside diameter (D<SB>2</SB>) and formed in a state to make a welding margin as a zero and a weld section 11 formed in the inner part of the gap section 112 and set in D<SB>1</SB>as a value of an inside diameter so as to have a predetermined welding margin.
