PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a can having a resin-made bag therein by which the resin-made bag and the body of a metal-made can can be sorted efficiently, because of being able to easily detach a resinous mouth member from a portion for retaining the resinous mouth member with a simple operation by only pushingly press from a constant direction after being used, as there is nothing that the resinous mouth member of the resin-made bag is detached from the portion for retaining the resinous mouth member in the body of the metal-made can in a normal condition. SOLUTION: This can having the resin-made bag therein comprises the body of the metal-made can and the resin-made bag comprising the portion for retaining the resinous mouth member in which a curl for folding back is performed at an upper portion in a riser for retaining the resinous mouth member in which a height dimension in a part of a position is formed to lower in the ceiling board of the body of this metal-made can and the resinous mouth member having a binding portion and an engaging projection piece on an outer peripheral portion locked in the portion for retaining the resinous mouth member, by thrusting in from the inside in the ceiling board of the body of the metal-made can formed in the body of this resin-made bag, the body of the resin-made bag contained within the body of the metal-made can.
