PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a beverage filling bottle in which, even when a beverage filled inside and a gas in a space formed on the top of the beverage are expanded by heating, the body of a bottle is prevented from being expanded to the outside to well perform storage and selling by a hot warmer and a hot bender under a heated condition. SOLUTION: A filling process where a beverage cooled to ordinary temperature after heating sterilization treatment is filled into a bottle W made of a synthetic resin, and a sealing process where the bottle W filled with the beverage is deformed by pressing and a cap is mounted and sealed under a condition where volume of the bottle W is decreased by a specified quantity, are provided.
