PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow work to result in a small scale by reducing a structural scale for installation, to reduce an installation cost, and to install a flooding preventive weir by very simple operation such as fixing, for example, by only pulling upward from a housed state. SOLUTION: A digging-in part 2 is arranged on the bottom surface side of a water infiltrating port part. Columnar housing bodies 3 and 3 for a water cut-off weir sheet continuing with the digging-in part 2 are respectively arranged in both side parts of at least the water infiltrating port part. An almost U-shaped frame 4 housed between the digging-in part 2 and the columnar housing bodies 3 and 3 for the water cut-off weir sheet at normal time is rockingly supported with the upper side as a fulcrum. The water cut-off weir sheet 5 having the fixed whole periphery is arranged along the almost U-shaped frame 4, the digging-in part 2, and the columnar housing bodies 3 and 3 for the water cut-off weir sheet. The almost U-shaped frame 4 is supported by a suspending rope 6 in a state of unfolding the water cut-off weir sheet 5 by rocking the almost U-shaped frame 4 at flooding preventive time.
