PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly remove only the tire tracks without cutting out the road surface. SOLUTION: A drum-like rotor 9 formed of non-woven fabric is supported in line contact with the paved road surface 3 by a support means 11, and while downward force to the paved road surface 3 is applied to the rotor 9 by a rotor pressing means 13 and a rotor driving means 15, the rotor is rotated to remove the tire tracks.
