<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon monoxide concentration measuring device capable of starting a measurement in a short time by preventing the dew concentration in a gas cell during start-up. <P>SOLUTION: When the carbon monoxide concentration measuring device 1 is started, a start-up processing control part 8 opens an opening and closing means 6, and closes an opening and closing means 7 to introduce a high- temperature gas generated by a high-temperature gas supplying means 5 to the gas cell 2. The wall surface of the gas cell 2 is warmed with the high- temperature gas from the inside. When the wall surface temperature of the gas cell 2 is raised over a temperature never causing a dew condensation even by the introduction of a humid measuring gas to the gas cell 2, the start-up processing control part 8 closes the opening and closing means 6 and opens the opening and closing means 7 to introduce the measuring gas to the gas cell 2, and instructs the measurement control part 12 of a measurement part 3 to start the CO concentration measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
