<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed container with a sealing material and a manufacturing method for the same, which makes it possible to achieve the enough adherence between a container and an inner stopper and the appropriate adherence between the stopper and the sealing material, simultaneously and surely, so as to enable the further production rate improvement of the container in a high frequency inductive heating process. <P>SOLUTION: The sealed container with the sealing material comprises the container 1, a through hole 21, the inner stopper 2 welded to the opening upper end 12 of the container 1, and the sealing material 3 which is attached to the upper surface of the inner stopper 2 in an adhesive manner but can be peeled off. The opening upper end 12 of the container 1 contains an olefin resin having a melting point of 90 to 130°, which occupies 70% or more of the cross section of the opening upper end. At least the upper and the lower surfaces of the inner stopper 2 are made of a high density polyethylene having a melting point of 125 to 142°. The sealing material 3 has a metal thin layer 31 and a sealant layer 32 made by mixing a polypropylene (PP) having a melting point of 145 to 168° with a high density polyethylene (HDPE) having a melting point of 125 to 142° at a weight ratio of PP/HDPE=9/1 to 6/4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
