<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member installing structure of a console box allowing easy manufacturing and assembly work and reduction of costs by reducing the number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: A rear cover 12 is connected with a rear end of a main body of the console box 11. A bearing part 11i for reciprocatively supporting a cover member 15 is integrally formed to the top side of a rear end of the main body.
