The invention relates to a herbicidal composition, based on diphenyl oxide, consisting of a dyphenyl oxide of the formula (I), at least one nitrogen-containing fertilizer and crop oil concentrate. The method for controlling the undesirable vegetation consists in posemergently applying the herbicidal composition.
