摘要 The invention relates to a heated channel injection mould with relatively low energy consumption. According to the invention, the mould comprises an ultrasonic assembly (B) embedded in the final nozzle as a central element, said assembly consisting of an ultrasonic transductor (1) and an ultrasonic concentrator (2) fixed in the heated unit (3) of the mould by means of a flange (a) located in front of an oscillation nodal point. The vibratory activity of the concentrator makes the thermal and surface phenomena associated to the ultrasonic activity occur in the terminal area of the flowing path. The surface effect occurring on the lateral surface of the concentrator reduces the apparent frictional coefficient between the molten material and the metal wall and improves the flowing dynamics, while the thermal effect occurring especially in the end area of the concentrator compensates the heat leakages in the injection point area.
