The invention relates to stable liquid immunoglobulin preparations containing one or more non-surfactant amphiphile stabilizers, and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the preparations comprises, in the molecule, one or more of the groups: carboxylic acid, sulphonated acid, ketone, aldehyde, hidroxyl, amine and amide groups, as well as one or more lypophilic groups, comprising 3...12 carbon atoms and optionally, nitrogen or sulphur atom, in a total amount of at least 0.2 nmol/g of immunoglobulins at a total concentration of at least 20 nmol/g, at least one of the amphiphile stabilizers being the nicotinic acid or a derivative of the nicotinic acid. The process for obtaining the said preparations consists in adding one or more non-surfactant amphiphile stabilizers in an amount of at least 20 nmol/g, in order to prevent forming the dimers by storage at a temperature of 2...25 degree C.
