The present invention relates to a shoe with a rigid sole, which comprises a flexible inner sole (110) in the shoe last, which is superposed over an exterior sole (112) and over a heel (114), a rigid device (116) which is extended forwards to just proximal to the metatarsal heads, the shoe being characterised by the fact that the rigid device (116) has a heel cup (118) and an anatomically shaped arch appliance (120) so that the heel should be sustained at a higher level than the toes, in a position almost parallel to the ground level and so that the foot of the wearer should assume an anatomically correct position, the rigid device (116) being permanently fixed to the inner sole (110) in the shoe last, as an integrating part of the shoe and providing both the foot stability and the shoe structure integrity.
