The device has a circuit board (2), a conducting foil (3) with a circuit foil (31) and a contact element (4) with a press-in pin (44) pressed into the circuit board to form a contact point on the circuit board and a contact tongue (41) with a contact zone (42) forming a contact point on the circuit foil. The press-in pin is a straight region and the contact tongue is a curved region of the hook-shaped contact element and the conducting foil is arranged between the contact zone of the contact tongue and a housing body (5).
