DEVELOPING DEVICE, PROCESS CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus keeping down the generation of developer scattering by preventing the generation of an air flow and rising of inner pressure inside a developing device.

SOLUTION: The toner scattering generated by the air flow can be prevented by sealing with insulating sheet members 70 and 80 and sealing members 90, 100 and 110 and adjusting the inner pressure of a developer storing part 4h while preventing the leaking of toner by a filter 120. Thus the soiling inside a process cartridge 1 and a device main body 1000 and deterioration of an image can be prevented.
