<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a capture and removing rate of diesel particulate. <P>SOLUTION: This diesel particulate removing device is related to a two- cylinder capturing structure. Cylinders 9a and 9b (device body parts) respectively include cylindrical containers 18a and 18b having an inflow port and an outflow port for an diesel exhaust gas. Inside the cylindrical container 18a, a metal heater 11a, a catalyst carrying spherical filter 12a, a metal filter 13a, and a catalyst carrying spherical filter 14a are arranged in this order from an introducing side of the diesel exhaust gas.
