<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly obtain the optimal acoustic characteristics according to intended use and to eliminate deviation of sound fields among audience seats as well without depending on construction conditions of a hall. <P>SOLUTION: A microphone 10 is provided on an upper rear surface of a backrest part 5 of this acoustic improvement chair 1, a speaker 20 formed by directing a sound emitting surface downward is provided in a seat part 4 and an AFC (automatic frequency control) unit 7 is provided between the microphone 10 and the speaker 20 as a reflected sound generation means. The microphone 10 collects sounds coming around it, the AFC unit 7 generates a reflected sound signal of the collected sound signal, the speaker 20 reproduces the reflected sound signal toward the surroundings, the microphone 10 and the speaker 20 acoustically form a feedback loop. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
