PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide displaying foundations enabling an observer to easily grasp the structure of foundations and capable of giving the good impression of the foundations. SOLUTION: Ground 2 is excavated deeper than the execution depth of the foundations to form a passage 3 having a level difference from the surface of ground 2 and foundation samples 4 consisting of the same material and same size as that of the foundations of a house are constructed. Since the samples 4 are projected from the surface 31 of the step difference between the passage 3 and the surface of ground 2, the displaying foundations 1 can be observed by an observer A passing the passage 3.
