PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for forming images of high quality on both sides of a paper by efficiently eliminating dew condensation on a guide member arranged near a fixing means. SOLUTION: As for the image forming device constituted so that the paper with a toner image may be pressurized and heated with the press-contact rotation of an upper fixation roller and a lower fixation roller, and also, the paper may be discharged outside the fixing device through a guide by a lower guiding member whose downstream edge is made higher than the upstream edge in terms of a level position viewing in a paper moving direction. The lower guiding member includes a 1st member including the upstream edge and also having step parts in several longitudinal positions and a gutter-like 2nd member facing the upstream edge of the 1st member and also having an upper end part which is positioned higher than the upstream edge.
