PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable guide for a transmission device, which sufficiently improves bending rigidity, toughness, strength, and wear resistance so as to prevent the guide from being fallen or twisted, attains stable transmission driving without making a transmission medium cause lateral runout or the like in a cross direction, and realizes high load compatibility and downsizing thereof. SOLUTION: This movable guide for the transmission device 100 is constituted of: a synthetic resin guide body 110 comprising a shoe part 111 where a running transmission medium C performs sliding contact and a vertical plate part 112 protruding in the guide longitudinal direction on the back side of the shoe part 111; and a plurality of reinforcing plates 120 respectively fitted into a plurality of slits 112a which are opened at the vertical end part of the vertical plate part 112 and are parallel-arranged in the guide longitudinal direction. Thus, in the movable guide for the transmission device 100, bending rigidity, toughness, strength, and wear resistance of the whole guide are significantly increased so as to prevent the guide from being fallen or twisted.
