PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device of rotary type free from an oil leak preventive cover. SOLUTION: The inside of a easing 14 is filled with a specified quantity of silicone oil 31, and a check valve 30 is fitted on a rotary vane 22, and a rotor 18 with an O-ring 25a fitted on the periphery of a flange 25 is fitted in the casing 14, and a diametrically contracted portion 20a of a rotary shaft 20 is borne by a through hole 26 in a bulkhead 27, and the end face 22a of the rotary vane 22 is put in slide contact with the inner surface of the bulkhead 27 together with a diametrically contracted step part 20b. To the inside surface of the bulkhead 27 an O-ring 26a is mounted from the opposite side of the rotor 18 inserting direction, and a bearing plate 32 fitted with an O-ring 32a is fitted in, and the rotary shaft 20 and bearing plate 32 are fastened together by a screw 34.
