PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller superior in fluid delivering performance, by improving the fluid delivering quantity without changing the shape of a blade, and increasing a rotating speed. SOLUTION: A plurality (for example, five) of fluid control parts 7 respectively composed of a linear projection formed in parallel with the direction of a shaft 3 are formed on an outer peripheral face of a cup part 1 at axial symmetric equal positions to the shaft. Here, a radial dimension of each fluid control part 7 is determined to be 1/3 or less of a radial dimension of the blade 5, a dimension in the shaft direction of each fluid control part 7 is determined to be 1/3-6/5 of a dimension in the shaft direction of the cup part 1, and a width w in the circumferential direction of each fluid control part 7 is determined to be less than an clearance between the adjacent blades 5.
